Our Compass Course is a high impact online coach supported experience that makes room for you! It consists of 10 sessions, each building on the session before to equip you with key information, tools, and experiences that lead to transformational change tied to your targeted needs. At the end of the course, you will return to life feeling better, and empowered with a big picture framework to strategically address future growth goals.

Big Calm coaches bring a fundamentally kind and caring approach to their coaching. They offer personalized guidance, meet you exactly where you are, and are dedicated to supporting you in living a healthy, empowered life! Although we help in many different ways, we do so in a way that is mindful of nervous system health and regulation. This sets us apart and can often be the missing ingredient other approaches miss.
Big Calm coaches have personally experienced the healing benefits of Big Calm’s signature course, Compass for Emotional Health, which covers the building blocks of health beginning with the nervous system. Our coaches are trained by Big Calm founder and Psychotherapist, Tara Palmer, and bring their own professional experience in the healing sciences–yoga, breathwork, and more.
